The Yuneng project still requires shareholder approval; coal generation has provincial authorization, while wind projects await county-level approvals.

· ComputeLabs Research · from the October 25, 2026 edition

The Puyang integrated energy investment requires shareholder approval despite having passed the board. The same board announcement scheduled the company’s sixth extraordinary shareholder meeting of 2026 for November 10.

The coal-fired generation component has received authorization from the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission. The wind projects still require authorization documents from the relevant county-level development and reform authorities.

These are separate corporate and regulatory approval stages for the same proposed investment. The supplied messages do not establish that all approvals have been secured or that the proposed 2,000 MW of coal and 1,200 MW of wind capacity is operational.
