Capitalonline (首都在线) signed an agreement leasing all Huailai (怀来) Phase I high-power racks to an unnamed leading internet company.

Capitalonline (首都在线) reported signing a service agreement with an unnamed leading internet company for Phase I of its Huailai data center (怀来数据中心). Under the arrangement, the phase’s high-power rack resources are leased as a whole for the customer’s business deployment.

Capitalonline will provide rack colocation and associated operations and maintenance services. The report concerns contracted rack resources, not a disclosed sale or rental of a specified number of graphics processing units (GPUs).

The company describes Huailai Phase I as its first scaled project in Hebei (河北) marking a transition from leasing and subletting data-center space to self-built operations. Its high-power racks target high-density deployment scenarios including AI training and AI computing.

The service agreement is a concrete commercial milestone, but the source does not provide rack count, contracted megawatts, pricing, lease duration, or a customer deployment date. Leasing all racks within this phase does not establish customer concentration across Capitalonline’s wider business.
