Data-center operator Hyperscale Data (GPUS) reduced at-the-market equity issuance capacity by $200 million, retaining flexibility for its Michigan AI facility.

· ComputeLabs Research · from the October 13, 2026 edition

Hyperscale Data disclosed the reduction in a press release included as Exhibit 99.1 to an SEC Form 8-K. The $200 million figure concerns at-the-market (ATM) equity issuance capacity—not cash raised, debt repaid, or shares repurchased.

CEO Will Horne said the Michigan facility buildout is intended initially to support 20 megawatts of critical compute capacity for a neocloud customer. The company operates a data center through Sentinum, offering colocation and hosting services for AI ecosystems and other industries; its separate subsidiary, Ault Capital Group, is described as a hybrid private-equity firm and operating company.

Management intends to supplement facility buildout costs with debt financing. Preliminary estimates indicate the facility could support $100 million–$150 million in project debt financing, but the excerpt does not establish a committed facility, completed borrowing, collateral package, or financing terms.

Horne characterized the ATM reduction as limiting potential dilution and said management believes the equity is undervalued. These are management statements disclosed in a filing, not independent valuation findings; the excerpt does not provide the remaining ATM capacity or a quantified share-count dilution calculation.
