Hong Kong-based Nine-Light Technology (九光技术) introduced the Xiaorui G3 (小睿 G3), described as a new industrial-grade humanoid robot. The company positions it for heavy-load handling, material transfer, and precision-operation tasks comparable with adult manual work.

During the launch demonstration, the robot responded to voice instructions and carried a 50-kilogram barbell. It then placed the barbell at a designated location while maintaining a stable posture, according to the report.

The robot uses an internally developed AI control system and a full-body precision force-control system. Nine-Light Technology said the design improves environmental adaptability and operating stability across physical industrial tasks.

Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation CEO Albert Wong described the release as a result from a local Hong Kong technology company in embodied intelligence and humanoid robotics. The source reports a demonstration and product launch, but does not provide commercial pricing, production volume, battery duration, walking speed, customer orders, or a delivery timetable.
