VeriSilicon (芯原股份) reported first-half 2026 revenue of RMB 1.864 billion, an increase of 91.37% from the corresponding period. The company nevertheless recorded a net loss attributable to listed-company shareholders of RMB 612.125 million.

The corresponding first-half 2025 net loss was RMB 319.8486 million. Operating cash flow improved to a positive RMB 626 million from a negative RMB 365 million a year earlier.

Research and development spending represented 50.49% of first-half revenue. That proportion declined by 15.22 percentage points from the prior-year period.

VeriSilicon reported 53,346 shareholders at the end of the period. VeriSilicon Limited was the largest shareholder among the top ten holders, with an 11.39% stake.
