SK hynix displayed 256GB DDR5 RDIMM, 128GB DDR5 MRDIMM, and 192GB SOCAMM2 server-memory modules at the China International Import Expo.

· ComputeLabs Research · from the November 7, 2026 edition

SK hynix participated in SK Group’s exhibition at the ninth China International Import Expo, alongside companies including SK Telecom. Its display covered memory solutions for AI data centers, personal computers, and mobile devices.

The server dynamic random-access memory lineup included a 256GB DDR5 registered dual in-line memory module (RDIMM) for high-capacity applications and a 128GB DDR5 multiplexed-rank dual in-line memory module (MRDIMM) described as offering high bandwidth. The company also displayed a 192GB second-generation small-outline compression-attached memory module (SOCAMM2), described as improving energy efficiency and space utilization through a new form factor.

The storage display included the PS1101 E3.S enterprise solid-state drive, using quad-level-cell (QLC) NAND flash, and the PSF010 E1.S, using PCIe Gen6. The report provides product identities and memory-module capacities, but no numerical bandwidth, energy-efficiency, shipment, or pricing data.
