China Mobile announced upgraded integrated connectivity, compute, and AI services for Chinese enterprises expanding overseas on November 6.

· ComputeLabs Research · from the November 7, 2026 edition

China Mobile announced the upgrade during the 2026 Mobile Network Conference on November 6. Deputy General Manager Li Huidi outlined three areas of cooperation: infrastructure, industry applications, and the international service ecosystem.

For infrastructure, Li proposed deeper cooperation with global partners on international connectivity and computing resources, alongside development of domestic and overseas network-compute infrastructure. He identified the international version of MoMA, called AI Hub, as a platform for coordinating heterogeneous computing resources and matching supply with demand.

For applications, the proposed cooperation covers enterprise research and development, production, operations, and customer service. AI Hub is intended to aggregate domestic and international models and applications, with work on multilingual adaptation, industry-knowledge integration, and application development.

The ecosystem initiative calls for joint innovation, market development, and service delivery through platforms including the Star Program. The announcement contains no GPU count, contracted compute capacity, service pricing, or named overseas customer deployment, so the stated collaboration objectives should not be treated as delivered infrastructure.
