Furniture distributor XMax (Nasdaq: XMAX) signed a B300 GPU-as-a-Service agreement carrying approximately $122.5 million in scheduled five-year charges.

XMax’s November 2 Form 8-K discloses a definitive service agreement signed on October 28, 2026, with Singapore-incorporated DSH HYPER PTE. LTD. The arrangement provides dedicated graphics processing unit (GPU) computing capacity, included storage, and infrastructure support; it is a GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) contract rather than a disclosed purchase of the underlying hardware.

DSH obtains the capacity from kt cloud under a separate upstream agreement to which XMax is not a party. XMax remains the contracting customer and primary obligor, while its wholly owned subsidiary, XMax AI Inc., is the authorized operating end user.

The filing states scheduled charges of approximately KRW 162.3 billion, presented as approximately US$122.5 million, excluding applicable taxes and payable in monthly installments. Subject to closing conditions, the commitment runs for 60 months through October 28, 2031; these amounts are service-payment obligations, not customer revenue.

The filed press release identifies XMax as both a contemporary-furniture distributor and an AI software and platform-service provider. It describes intended commercialization through NeoCloud and AI Token Factory, but its headline expectation of more than US$100 million in revenue over five years is a management forecast—not an operating result or independently verified revenue commitment.
