The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) formally opened investigation 337-TA-1526 on October 9, 2026, covering vertical power delivery (VPD) systems, their components, and computing systems containing them. A Telegram summary of Luxshare Precision’s (立讯精密) announcement identifies U.S. patent US 10,903,734 and names both Luxshare and its controlled subsidiary, Dongguan Luxshare Technologies (东莞立讯技术股份有限公司), as respondents.
Luxshare said the case remains at the initial investigation stage, with no substantive determination of infringement. According to its preliminary assessment, the relevant products integrate power modules and processors for data-center applications and remain in customer validation, rather than mass production.
A separate report lists additional respondents including Foxconn Industrial Internet (富士康工业互联网), Hon Hai Precision Industry (鸿海精密工业), Ingrasys (鸿佰科技), FII USA, Ingrasys Technology USA, Delta Electronics (台达电子), Delta Electronics (Americas), and DET Logistics (USA). It also names Quanta Computer (广达电脑), QCT’s Chongqing and U.S. entities (云达(重庆)科技有限公司、云达科技美国公司), Quanta Computer USA, Chengdu Monolithic Power Systems (成都芯源系统有限公司), Xinyuan Information Consulting (Shanghai) (芯源信息咨询(上海)有限公司), Monolithic Power Systems (芯源系统), Infineon (英飞凌), Flex (伟创力), and Celestica (天弘科技).
Luxshare said it does not expect a material adverse effect on current production, operations, or current-period performance, based on the products’ business stage. That is the company’s assessment, not a USITC conclusion; the supplied evidence consists of Telegram reports rather than the underlying commission notice or exchange filing.
