Meta’s Muse reportedly experienced service degradation and agent failures before reaching one million daily active users.

· ComputeLabs Research · from the September 27, 2026 edition

A supplied market-news roundup reported repeated problems with Meta’s Muse, including service degradation and agent failures. It said these issues occurred before the service reached one million daily active users.

The one-million figure is therefore a threshold the report says had not yet been reached, not a disclosed actual user count. The roundup supplies no dates for individual incidents, failure rate, outage duration or affected-user total.

The source also characterized the problems as exposing compute bottlenecks, but provided no technical diagnosis or supporting capacity measurements. That characterization remains attributed reporting, rather than verified evidence of a particular GPU, networking, memory or power constraint.
