Huilv Ecology (汇绿生态; Shenzhen: 001267) disclosed a proposed research and production project for its controlled subsidiary, Wuhan Junheng Technology (武汉钧恒科技), in Wuhan’s East Lake High-Tech Development Zone (东湖高新区). The estimated RMB 309 million investment would be funded through internal funds or funds raised by the company; the summary does not disclose a completed financing facility.
The production-base subproject has a reported investment of RMB 288 million and a 20-month construction schedule from November 2026 through June 2028. A separate high-speed optical-module research subproject has a reported investment of RMB 21.5586 million and a three-month schedule from April through June 2028.
The proposal includes purchasing approximately 21,967.52 square meters of land and constructing 57,683.00 square meters of total floor area. The planned workshop would support annual production capacity of 2 million high-end optical modules.
Upon completion, existing capacity of 1.5 million modules per year would receive a technical upgrade, alongside 2 million modules per year of additional high-speed optical-module capacity. The resulting 3.5 million modules per year refers specifically to capacity in the Wuhan region, not demonstrated output, contracted sales or company-wide capacity.
