Core Scientific targets initial AMD-related deliveries in early 2027 and full 530-MW delivery by end-2028, subject to completion and commencement conditions.

Core Scientific’s filed third-quarter earnings presentation places initial AMD-related delivery in early 2027, with the full approximately 530 MW targeted for delivery by the end of 2028. These are management delivery estimates, while the Form 10-Q separately requires completion and satisfaction of lease-commencement conditions.

The site schedule estimates initial delivery at Pecos, Texas, and Auburn, Alabama, in the first half of 2027; Dalton, Georgia, and Muskogee, Oklahoma, in the second half of 2027; and Hunt County, Texas, in the first half of 2028. Approximate leased capacities shown are 185 MW at Pecos, 32 MW at Auburn, 120 MW at Dalton, 82 MW at Muskogee, and 110 MW at Hunt; the presentation identifies Pecos, Muskogee, and Hunt as AMD-direct sites.

Beyond the signed leases, the presentation divides the AMD reservation into approximately 385 MW supported by secured grid connections, 600 MW under utility load-study review, and 940 MW of behind-the-meter, on-site generation pathways under evaluation. Those categories represent different power-development stages, not uniformly secured and deliverable capacity.

The company separately lists approximately 170 MW of uncommitted leasable power at Calvert City and Grand Forks, plus more than 2 GW of new-site opportunities at varying stages of due diligence. These pipeline figures are not part of the contracted 530-MW delivery commitment.
