On October 31, Zhangjiagang announced agreements for AI-compute liquid-cooling manufacturing projects with RMB 1.1 billion in total planned investment. The projects are located in the city’s Metallurgical Industrial Park in Jinfeng Town.
The Yuanjie Intelligent Manufacturing project focuses on microchannel liquid-cooling plates for computing centers. At full production, its stated targets are 10 million cold-plate sets annually and RMB 900 million in annual revenue.
A second project covers liquid-cooling equipment and system integration, including a manufacturing and testing-validation base. Its full-production targets are 1,500 load-bank equipment units/sets, 2,000 cooling distribution units (CDUs) annually, and RMB 800 million in annual revenue.
These are project investment and full-production targets associated with signed agreements, not current factory output or recognized revenue. The source does not provide construction schedules, commissioning dates, financing terms, or equipment cooling-capacity ratings.
