Sandisk’s fiscal-Q1 data-center revenue reached $4.8 billion, rising 61% sequentially, driven by enterprise solid-state drive demand.

Sandisk reported $4.8 billion in data-center revenue for fiscal Q1 2027, up 61% quarter over quarter. The supplied coverage attributes the increase principally to demand for enterprise solid-state drives (SSDs) associated with AI infrastructure construction.

Company-wide quarterly revenue was $11.03 billion, with $5.83 billion from Edge and $397 million from consumer products also reported. Adjusted earnings per share were $49.51, and the adjusted gross margin reached 85.1%, compared with 84.6% in the preceding quarter.

The company said demand remained strong and growing, while tight storage-product supply had supported substantial price increases. These statements provide demand and pricing context, but the sources do not separately quantify data-center shipment growth versus price-driven revenue growth.

For fiscal Q2, Sandisk forecast $12.2 billion–$12.6 billion in revenue, an 84.5%–85.5% adjusted gross margin, and $55–$57 in adjusted earnings per share. Financial_Express also reported an eight-for-one stock split scheduled for November 19; these forward-looking figures and the scheduled split are separate from the completed quarter’s results.
