Intel began revenue shipments of Clearwater Forest, its first server product manufactured using the Intel 18A process.

· ComputeLabs Research · from the October 29, 2026 edition

Intel’s chief executive said Clearwater Forest had begun shipping and generating revenue. The statement identifies it as Intel’s first server product on Intel 18A, establishing a commercial shipment milestone rather than a sampling announcement.

The same earnings-call coverage distinguished Clearwater Forest from Diamond Rapids, which was still sampling with a management target to ramp in 2027. The more detailed recap identifies Diamond Rapids as an Intel 18AP product, although some shorter messages inconsistently label its process as 18A.

Intel also reported that Panther Lake had successfully ramped on Intel 18A and that Wildcat Lake demand exceeded supply. These were separate product updates; the supplied material gives no Clearwater Forest shipment volume, customer list, revenue contribution, or performance benchmark.
