NVIDIA confirmed its RTX 5090 graphics card remains in production, while acknowledging continuing supply-chain capacity constraints.

NVIDIA explicitly rejected the discontinuation report. Jeff Fisher, NVIDIA’s senior vice president for personal computing, addressed the issue in an interview at the RTX Spark launch event in Taipei. He described the RTX 5090 as an important core product and said supply would continue.

Production status and supply availability are separate issues. Fisher acknowledged that supply-chain capacity remained constrained. He said NVIDIA was working to ensure product availability, without providing production volumes or a timetable for resolving the constraints.

The statement applies to the RTX 5090 graphics card. It does not announce additional data-center accelerator, server, or cluster capacity. The supplied accounts also contain no regional inventory breakdown or quantified shipment commitment.
