Volato’s Form 8-K sets out two deployment phases at Alignment Engine’s Ohio AI-infrastructure campus. The first uses AMD MI355X GPUs with a contractual start date of December 31, 2026, and the second uses AMD MI455X GPUs with a contractual start date of June 30, 2027.

Each order has a 48-month term and provides dedicated, single-tenant GPU clusters plus access to Alignment Engine’s platform and related services. The accompanying announcement describes a long-term contracted-capacity model rather than short-term or spot-market GPU access.

These are contractual service-start dates, not evidence that either deployment was operational on September 28. The supplied disclosures do not state GPU quantities, server or rack configurations, campus megawatts or completed construction milestones; the $1.17 billion value applies to the two orders collectively, not to a disclosed hardware inventory.
