NVIDIA reported $279 billion in commitments, up from $119 billion last quarter, primarily related to memory procurement.

Two financialjuice messages report that NVIDIA’s commitments increased to $279 billion, compared with $119 billion in the previous quarter. The accompanying explanation says the commitments primarily concern memory procurement, rather than identifying the amount as GPU revenue, customer backlog or installed computing capacity.

The messages do not provide a memory-type breakdown, supplier allocation or delivery schedule. They also do not identify the specific reporting quarter or reproduce a filing, so the figures cannot be assigned a more detailed accounting classification from the supplied material.

Separately, NVIDIA announced a $150 billion increase in share-repurchase authorization, with a reported $235 billion remaining authorization after including prior amounts. A Telegram message states that the company plans to execute the remaining program through FY2028; this is an authorization and execution plan, not a completed repurchase or part of the memory-procurement commitments.
