Hewlett Packard Enterprise, or HPE, expanded its networking relationship with Oracle through a multi-year agreement. Oracle plans to deploy HPE Juniper Networking equipment and services across its global AI data centers.

The equipment includes Juniper PTX and MX routers alongside QFX and EX switches. The agreement also covers multi-year network-support services for Oracle’s large-scale AI infrastructure.

As part of the agreement, HPE granted Oracle warrants to purchase HPE common stock. The supplied source does not state the warrant quantity, exercise price, vesting conditions or potential dilution.
