Equinix and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, known as CPP Investments, completed their $4 billion acquisition of atNorth. Unlike an announced or pending transaction, the acquisition was reported as closed.

atNorth is a Nordic data-center developer and operator with a portfolio of high-density colocation and built-to-suit facilities. Its footprint extends across all five Nordic countries.
