HUMAIN, AMD, and Cisco announced that their joint venture plans to deploy up to 250 megawatts of AI infrastructure in Saudi Arabia beginning in 2027. The next expansion phase is scheduled to start that year.

The deployment is planned around AMD Instinct MI400-series graphics processing units. The 250-megawatt figure describes the upper limit of planned infrastructure capacity, not committed GPU shipments or currently operating data-center load.
