Core Scientific was billing approximately 485 MW of 590 MW leased to CoreWeave as of November 5.

· ComputeLabs Research · from the November 5, 2026 edition

Core Scientific’s filed presentation reports approximately 485 MW under billing as of November 5, 2026, against approximately 590 MW leased to CoreWeave. These are data-center infrastructure power figures, not counts of GPUs or a measure of GPU utilization.

The site table shows approximately 260 MW billing at Denton, Texas; 75 MW at Dalton, Georgia; 70 MW at Muskogee, Oklahoma; 65 MW at Marble, North Carolina; and 20 MW at Austin, Texas. The presentation explicitly warns that approximate figures may not add up because of rounding; Dalton has approximately 175 MW leased, with completion estimated for early 2027.

The contract summary distinguishes approximately 590 MW of infrastructure capacity from 800 MW gross power. Management presents more than $10 billion in revenue potential over the contracts’ terms and approximately $850 million in average annualized colocation revenue under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), rather than current annual revenue.

The presentation describes the contracts as take-or-pay, with fixed pricing and an annual escalator, and says they cannot be unilaterally terminated. It also states that the client pays capital expenditures and power costs, while CoreWeave contract receipts flow into a lockbox linked to Core Scientific’s $3.3 billion senior secured notes due 2031.
