VCI Global discontinued Intelli-X, its enterprise language-model platform, after the personnel responsible for it departed.

· ComputeLabs Research · from the November 3, 2026 edition

VCI Global’s Form F-1 amendment states that Intelli-X has been discontinued and is no longer offered. The company attributes the discontinuation to the departure of the personnel responsible for the platform.

Intelli-X had been introduced as an enterprise large language model (LLM) platform intended for subscription-based delivery. The filing says it was announced alongside the Malaysian NVIDIA-powered GPU computing center, but treats the software platform and computing center as separate offerings.

The same disclosure explicitly states that the GPU computing center remains operational. It does not provide Intelli-X customer numbers, historical subscription revenue, termination costs, or a replacement-product plan, so the discontinuation should not be extended into a claim that VCI Global has shut down its GPU infrastructure business.
