· ComputeLabs Research · from the November 3, 2026 edition
The Master Strategic Collaboration Agreement dated June 23, 2026, filed with VCI Global’s November 3 registration-statement amendment, sets out responsibilities between V Gallant Limited and Omnia Nexus Group Limited. V Gallant is assigned deployment, configuration, and commissioning of VGAIN Cloud on Omnia’s infrastructure; this is a filed agreement, not merely an internal strategy announcement.
V Gallant’s operating responsibilities include daily monitoring and maintenance, patching, security operations, capacity management, and incident response. It must also implement security, access controls, and workload isolation consistent with the VGAIN Cloud architecture, while the excerpt separately references pass-through of applicable manufacturer and third-party licensor warranties.
Commercial responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding customers to rent GPU capacity from Omnia through AI compute rental, GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), private AI cloud subscriptions, or managed AI infrastructure services. V Gallant also advises on pricing and packaging, assists with customer contracts and service-level terms for Omnia’s account, and manages customer relationships, billing, collections, and renewals.
The agreement assigns V Gallant coordination work on Malaysian premises approvals, utility and power arrangements, applicable Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) licensing, and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Regulatory filings, licenses, approvals, and compliance obligations remain Omnia’s sole responsibility, and V Gallant does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice; the excerpt provides no installed GPU count, signed customer revenue, or confirmation that deployment has been completed.
