Broadcom provides residual-value support for first-lien financing; Blackstone supplies the entire second-lien commitment through a new special-purpose vehicle.

· ComputeLabs Research · from the October 26, 2026 edition

This is the financing structure of the same $63 billion transaction, not an additional funding announcement. Bank of America, Citi, and Morgan Stanley arrange the first-lien portion. Blackstone is the sole provider of the second-lien financing commitment.

Broadcom’s support is explicitly tied to the first-lien financing amount. The detailed Telegram report says Broadcom will provide the SPV with residual-value support equivalent to that amount. It does not describe an equivalent Broadcom guarantee for the second-lien portion or a blanket guarantee of all Anthropic obligations.

The source identifies the financing priorities but not the detailed security documents. It does not disclose the dollar split between the two portions, collateral schedules, enforcement triggers, interest rates, or maturities. Accordingly, the announcement establishes the reported commitments and support structure, but not those additional contractual terms.
