Bloom Energy, identified as BE, reported third-quarter revenue of $1.24 billion, up 138.1% year over year, versus analyst expectations of $1.08 billion. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) were $299.5 million, compared with $241.2 million expected, while adjusted earnings per share were $0.94, versus $0.68 expected.

The company raised full-year revenue guidance from $3.9–4.2 billion to $4.4–4.6 billion, above the reported analyst expectation of $4.11 billion. The report states that the new midpoint represents 122% year-over-year growth; Bloom maintained adjusted gross-margin guidance at approximately 34%, against 33.8% expected.

Bloom’s October 22 Form 10-Q supplies financing context separate from those earnings headlines. It states that the company arranges customer financing for its Energy Servers through power-purchase agreements, capacity arrangements, or leases, and identifies customer and project credit risk as a constraint on obtaining financing.

The filing also reports delays in air permits for some larger installations, as well as construction, land-use, and gas permits. Its discussion of possible project cancellations, pricing pressure, and financing difficulty is a risk disclosure—not evidence that every such outcome has occurred.
