GPU-cloud provider CoreWeave’s shares fell 11.91% Friday, bringing their weekly decline to 25.21%.

CoreWeave, identified in the market reports by ticker CRWV, recorded its largest weekly decline since the week of November 14, 2025, when its shares fell 25.62%. The same closing-market report recorded a 12.18% Friday decline for Nebius Group, placing the CoreWeave move alongside another substantial cloud-infrastructure stock decline.

The week included pronounced reversals rather than uninterrupted selling. A separate report said CoreWeave fell approximately 20% across the first three sessions, including more than 15% on Wednesday, before gaining 5.9% on Thursday and declining again Friday.

Credit markets also showed stress, according to that report: the cost of default protection reached an intraday record Thursday morning, and swap pricing implied a greater-than-60% five-year default probability. That is a market-implied measure reported by the source, not confirmation that a default has occurred or an independently established probability.

A Telegram summary of JPMorgan research separately estimated approximately $35 billion of upfront capital expenditure per gigawatt of added capacity, versus $10 billion–$15 billion in annual revenue once operating steadily. Those are analyst modeling assumptions, not filed operating results; the report also recorded supportive commentary from NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang and a Deutsche Bank “buying opportunity” assessment without establishing either view as an outcome.
