· ComputeLabs Research · from the October 15, 2026 edition

Huagong Tech said on an investor-interaction platform that it had jointly developed the products with supply-chain partners. The announcement identifies near-packaged optics (NPO) products at 3.2 terabits per second and 6.4 terabits per second.

The company also specified 100-gigabit-per-second-per-lane and 200-gigabit-per-second-per-lane technology. These lane-rate figures are distinct from the products’ aggregate 3.2-Tb/s and 6.4-Tb/s rates, and the source does not provide lane counts or a detailed configuration mapping.

Testing is taking place at leading AI companies both in China and overseas, according to Huagong Tech. The customers are unnamed, and the supplied announcement does not establish completed qualification, purchase orders, volume shipments, or recognized revenue.
