Huawei (华为) unveiled Taishan (泰山) uninterruptible power supplies and AI liquid-cooling systems for AI data-center infrastructure.

· ComputeLabs Research · from the September 19, 2026 edition

The products were reported in connection with Huawei’s September 17–18 conference. A CITIC Securities (中信证券) research summary says Huawei held an AI data-center (AIDC) infrastructure summit on September 17. The launches addressed energy supply and thermal management across generation, grid, load, and storage.

The disclosed lineup extends beyond Taishan uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). It includes Hengshan centralized direct-current UPS (恒山集中式直流 UPS), a power module 5.0 described as highest-density (最高密电力模块 5.0), intelligent lithium-battery 5.0 products (智能锂电 5.0), and AI intelligent liquid-cooling systems (AI 智能液冷系统). The supplied summary gives no product-level power ratings or efficiency measurements.

Huawei presented an associated infrastructure architecture. Its proposed “3+1” restructuring covers Watt, Heat, Bit, and construction methods. A multiple-input, multiple-output (MIMO) architecture is described as supporting multiple power sources, multiple output formats, and coordinated storage at multiple levels.

These are product and architecture announcements, not disclosed deployment results. The accompanying broker discussion includes expectations about storage and liquid-cooling demand, but no named customer contract, installed capacity, delivery timetable, or realized revenue is provided. Those expectations are not evidence of completed infrastructure installations.
