Power-semiconductor supplier Navitas introduced a 24-kW, 800-V-to-12-V direct-current conversion board, developed with NVIDIA for its MGX ecosystem.

· ComputeLabs Research · from the October 12, 2026 edition

Navitas Semiconductor, identified in the supplied report by ticker NVTS, introduced a 24-kilowatt direct-current-to-direct-current power-conversion board. The board converts 800 volts DC to 12 volts DC; its power rating and conversion voltages describe a component, not the capacity of a data center.

The board uses GaNFast technology and was developed with NVIDIA to support the NVIDIA MGX ecosystem. The report places it within work on 800-V DC power architectures for AI data centers and describes Navitas’s technology portfolio as including gallium nitride, high- and ultrahigh-voltage silicon carbide, and integrated voltage regulation.

Navitas planned to exhibit the board in the NVIDIA AI Factory MGX Wall partner showcase at the 2026 OCP Global Summit. The supplied report does not provide measured conversion efficiency, shipment timing, pricing, customer orders, or deployed capacity.
