A Bloomberg-attributed Telegram report describes CleanSpark’s first high-yield debt issue linked to Meta Platforms. The approximately $2.28 billion issue consists of five-year notes, priced at 98.5 cents on the dollar, with an 8.25% yield.

According to people familiar with the transaction cited in that report, asset managers submitted approximately $10 billion of orders, exceeding the offering size by more than four times. The reported yield was approximately 175 basis points above the average yield on BB-rated corporate debt tracked by Bloomberg. That comparison does not establish the notes’ own credit rating.

The numerical pricing indicates issuance below face value, notwithstanding another supplied message’s headline describing a premium issuance. The available reporting does not identify the precise Meta linkage, collateral, guarantees, covenants, deployment schedule or closing status. No CleanSpark primary filing is supplied, so the transaction details remain attributed reporting rather than independently checked contractual terms.
